Stephen Parker has 30 years experience in the commercial real estate sector, firstly as a leasing agent for CBRE, then Managing Director of CBRE’ Townsville office. This was followed by a number of years as head of capital transactions for Colliers international in QLD. It was following these senior roles that that he choose to use is wealth of knowledge to work for tenants to help them through the process of understanding and negotiating commercial real estate transactions.
